We ship via Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, Xpressbees and other reliable partners depending on your pin code.
Tracking sometimes pauses during transit hub handoffs or high-demand periods. Wait 24 hours. If still stuck, contact us with your Order ID and we’ll follow up with the courier directly.
This can occasionally happen due to courier mis-marking. Check with your building guard or neighbours first. If still not found, report to us within 48 hours and we’ll raise a dispute with the courier.
