My tracking hasn’t updated in 2+ days β€” what should I do?

Tracking sometimes pauses during transit hub handoffs or high-demand periods. Wait 24 hours. If still stuck, contact us with your Order ID and we’ll follow up with the courier directly.

It says delivered but I haven’t received it.

This can occasionally happen due to courier mis-marking. Check with your building guard or neighbours first. If still not found, report to us within 48 hours and we’ll raise a dispute with the courier.

I missed the delivery β€” what happens now?

Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If all attempts fail, the package may be returned to us. Contact us or the courier directly to reschedule delivery.

My order shows as returned to origin β€” can you reship?

Yes. Once the package returns to us, we can reship it. Reshipping charges may apply unless the failed delivery was our fault.

I don’t have a tracking number β€” where do I find it?

Your tracking number (AWB) is sent in a dispatch notification via email and WhatsApp. Check your inbox or DM folder. If you can’t find it, share your Order ID with us and we’ll send it.
