By accessing or using urbanflaunt.in (“the Site”) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our Site. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement. Minors may browse the Site with parental supervision but may not make purchases independently.

• All product images are for representation purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices, modify product listings, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or other authorised payment gateways.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS.
• We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.
• In case of payment failure, do not re-attempt without confirming with us to avoid duplicate charges.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.

• If the order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

All content on this Site — including logos, graphics, product designs, photography, and text — is the exclusive property of Urban Flaunt and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Scrape, copy, or resell products or content from this Site without permission.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information in any form.
• Use bots or automated tools to interact with the Site.

Urban Flaunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
