Get Confirmation
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 24โ48 hours. We’ll let you know if a reverse pickup is arranged or if you need to ship it back.
Pack & Hand Over
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available). Keep tags intact. Hand over to the pickup agent or ship to the address we provide.
Refund / Replacement
Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement is processed within 5โ7 business days. You’ll get a confirmation notification.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method โ UPI, card, net banking, or wallet.
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI. Please share account details when requesting.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds typically reflect within 5โ7 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
Currently we offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or colour. For a different product, you’ll need to return and place a new order.
We try to arrange reverse pickup across all serviceable pin codes. In rare cases where pickup isn’t available, we’ll ask you to ship it to us and reimburse the shipping cost up to โน100.
We’ll offer you a store credit valid for 6 months, or a full refund to your original payment method โ your choice.
Minor colour variations due to screen calibration are not eligible for return. However, if the product is significantly different from what was shown, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
